Study Finds Generative AI Enhances Productivity and Transforms Roles, Without Causing Mass Layoffs in IT Sector

A comprehensive study conducted by the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) in collaboration with OpenAI has provided valuable insights into the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Indian labor market. The research aims to alleviate concerns regarding potential large-scale job losses due to AI advancements.
